What To Bring To Your Appointment

Anyone with the intent to be tattooed will be required to present valid photo identification
Original identification documents must be physically in hand in order to be copied and filed - no photos or copies.

Adults 18 and over are required to bring one (1) of the following forms of Identification to their appointment:

• Valid state-issued non-driver ID

• Valid driver’s license

• Valid passport

• Valid military ID (must display photo and date of birth)

Important Information About Your Appointment

If you are running late please give me a courtesy message.  I have my days planned out and even 10-15 minutes late can impact my entire day so please respect my time!
*If you are 25-30 minutes late your deposit will be forfeited.  Lateness is subject to be rescheduled.*

Your skin needs to be healthy to be tattooed.  I will not be able to tattoo over sunburned or injured skin.  Stretch marks and scars are fine but I need to see the area ahead of time to make sure it's alright to tattoo.
*If you come to an appointment with injury/rash/sunburn in the area you want a tattoo, you will have to either reschedule or relocate the placement (deposit forfeited in the case of a reschedule).*

All clients will have one free touch up within the first 6 months of healing.  If you want to only schedule a second touch up you will be charged accordingly.

*If you no call/no show or cancel without 48 hours notice for your first touch up, it will still be counted as your free session.*
